Copyright complaints (DMCA)

Toons18 respects the rights of creators and rights holders. If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, use the form at https://toons18.xyz/report and choose "Copyright / DMCA claim". Your notice must include:

  • a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  • the exact URL of each page on the Site where the material appears;
  • your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material without delay.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the location of the material before it was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court.

Repeat infringers

We end our cooperation with content sources that are repeatedly the subject of valid infringement notices.

Other removal requests

You can ask for content to be removed for reasons other than copyright. Use https://toons18.xyz/report if:

  • you appear in content and did not consent to it being published, or you have withdrawn your consent;
  • you believe a person shown is, or appears to be, under 18;
  • you believe content is illegal for another reason.

We treat these reports as urgent, review them before anything else, and take the content offline when a report is justified.
