Content & Age Statement

Illustrated fiction only

Toons18 publishes drawn and illustrated works of fiction. No real persons appear in the works on this website, and any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

All characters are adults

Every character depicted in a sexual situation in the works published here is an adult, 18 years of age or older. We do not publish works that depict minors in a sexual context, and we remove any work that turns out to do so.

18 U.S.C. § 2257

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions of actual human beings. Because the works on this website are illustrations and do not depict actual persons, those requirements do not apply to them.
